well it's my 2nd major injury (define major injury: it's an injury that still have effects e.g pain, bruises, incapability of a body part.. for 2 weeks or more) in capoeira.
Well.. no pain no gain..

Brazil is half a globe away from Indonesia… so it took almost 2 days for us to get there… And half way there..

We have to do the transit in Frankfurt… for 17 hours!!!! So we waited…
